I’m starting to see a pattern of women finally fed up with the bullshit. I’ve had multiple women tell me they are leaving corporate for meaningful work and don’t know where to go. And to be quite honest, neither do I. It seems to be the evident conundrum in the world right now (other than AI). So maybe thank you, robots, for taking the shit jobs with C-suites dumb as a box of crayons. But now what? Frankly this applies to all folks fed up with corporate because it’s not just women. So many feel lost and tired of working for scumbags.
